Nov 23, 2021
On November 13, Zoomlion's rotary drilling drill ZR160L made its debut overseas in Nepal. At the construction site in Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, the ZR160L, commonly known as "Sudden Scud", has won the affirmation and trust of customers for its transportation with poles, high efficiency, super stability and high-quality after-sales service of Zoomlion.
Zoomlion’s rotary drilling rig ZR160L is packaged with four-layer craftsmanship including imported anti-rust agent treatment, wax spraying on the whole machine, moisture-proof and paint-repellent; from the factory to the port, and then to the customer’s construction site, multiple inspections and photographs are carried out to ensure the equipment The parts are intact and undamaged; many obvious lifting points are marked for the accessories, so as to achieve safer, more convenient and reliable transfer and transportation. After more than a month of sea and land transportation, the equipment was delivered to the Nepalese customers as scheduled, and the "zero distance" delivery of the equipment was highly praised by the customers.
After the equipment arrived at the construction site, the overseas engineers of Zoomlion conducted product assembly and operation training for the customer. From receiving the new machine and inspecting the appearance of the machine, to confirming whether there are any damages and missing parts during transportation, everything is fine. Subsequently, the engineers who assembled the new machine explained the safety precautions and assembled together to ensure that each link was completed in a safe and orderly manner. When encountering problems, we will explain them patiently on site, guide them step by step, and quickly help customers solve problems, and finally successfully complete the loading. We look forward to the wonderful performance of Zoomlion Rotary Drill on the international stage.
